Up for sale is an excellent condition Balor red dot mount. This mount is compatible with Glock pistols and RMR-footprint red dots.

It takes the place of your backplate and rear sight and allows a red dot to be installed without cutting the slide or any other permanent modifications. Also has back up irons built in, which is awesome. See the last picture for how it looks installed on a pistol.
