Is it drilled and tapped for scope bases?

I am not real familiar with Savage and how they are originally manufactured for assembly. On top of the receiver There is 4 screws behind and two in front of the receiver. I am not sure if those have something to do with how it was manufactured or if those are taps for scope mounts. I can get some pictures of this for you.
