Just to be clear, this can only be converted from the factory framed .357sig. You can't take the 9mm and go up to .40. You can go from higher caliber and convert down, but not lower caliber and convert up. The 229 is my favorite model and I had the .40 and .357sig conversion. You may do better placing in the accessories section as well. Glws
