How old is it, which reticle, capped turrets or the taller zero stop turrets? Mount, marks on tube from previous scope mount?

It's about 4 months old and it's the tmcq reticle, no capped turrets just turn and of course illuminated. It has no marks from scope mount at all.

I've shot the gun like once or twice with it on only been ok for about 2 weeks.
