Converted Saiga 7.62 AK (civilian "sporterized" AK103), built at the Izhevsk factory in the mid 2000's. I had the barrel cut down to 14.5 and a PWS FSC 7.62 pinned and welded for legal length requirements, at the same time the gas tube was removed and replaced with a combined GS/FSB combo. Work was done by CWGunwerks who specialize in AK type firearms. The firearm retains the manual BHO (not last round BHO) found on the original unmodified Saiga. This is mostly useful at the range to keep the chamber open and inspectable when the range is cold. Firearm has probably ~500 rnds through it total.
Other accessory changes:
- Magpul Zukhov-S stock
- Magpul MOE K2 Grip
- Hogue rubberized front handguard
- RSRegulate side mount (AK301M) with Romeo 5 Optic installed
- KNS Adjustable gas piston
- ghost ring rear ironsight
- Comes with one original 10 rnd Saiga mag (Filed to work with bullet guide), as well as standard 30 round Romanian Polymer and Steel mags as shown.
I have ~2000 rounds of ammo. Mostly Tula and Vymple (BVA) steel case. This is not included in the price but is available.
