Pictures say it better than I can. Only has 2 lenses the other 2 are missing. Has all 4 pans and I believe all 4 are able to attach. I don’t know if the base is original but is a cross post that allows it to stand up. Seems to be original parts but the shades look to have been painted at some point long ago but may be original paint as well. Will take $200 now
