went to walmart today to buy some stuff, stopped by and this is what the ammo case looked like

full up for the most part. im glad to see this scarcity be done with and just about time for christmas

Felt like I struck gold today when the lady behind the counter at Wal-Mart told me she had some. Got my 3, 100 round boxes of CCI and left. They got cases of it finally instead of just a few boxes. But I am sure it won't last long.

The short supply of .22LR, the most popular ammunition, was entirely due to high demand mostly caused by the fear of gun control laws threatened by the current administration. The demand for guns has now curtailed, the demand for ammo will follow (economics 101). Those who have been greedily hoarding the .22LR ammo will now be panic selling at a loss or they'll be stuck with it (again economics 101). Those of us who have patiently waited out the greed of the hoarders will be rewarded with fairly priced ammo.

I will continue to buy cheap and stack deep, when everybody was out panicking buying ammo I was heading to the range without a care in the world.
