Knives….a lot of knives!

Yep. Easy to overlook the add on fees at the end when it's time to pay up.
I’ve gotten good deals at estate sales. Most will negotiate and typically the company doing the sale takes a percentage of total sales from the seller. They do charge tax. In my experience if you go on the last day you get better deals, most times the last day is 50 to 75% off

Made some great deals at estate sales, and auctions. Just have to bid or buy with the fees in mind. Stuff I bought was worth about 3700 more than I paid. Last one I went too.

Hit or miss on estate sales. Usually the good stuff is scarfed up by the estate seller before the door opens. Prices are retail plus 20 the first day, 10% below retail the next and whats left the last day is dumpster dive items. I stopped going to them unless its close and there is a lot of gun related items. Always seems there full of grand ma’s kitchen items and Christmas decorations.
