LCP, cheaper than new? NE GA?

Any ODT'ers have a Ruger LCP in cheaper than new condition? PSA has / had them for $170 plus tax and $17 shipping. That's about $198.90.

Anyone within the metro stephens county area willing to sell a good used LCP?
