Likely Fraud on Gunbroker

Has anyone had this happen? I have a Beretta for sale on here currently and went to Gunbroker today to see what prices they had listed there for the same model. One was listed really low with a low buy it now price and the seller had no sales history. I scrolled down to find my pictures and description listed for the auction!

I emailed Gunbroker to look at the auction number and do what they could to confirm he really had a gun for sale. You would think if he had one he wouldn't show my pictures which are unique because of the wood grips and extras in the photos.

I'm not sure what else to do, it doesn't effect me or my real gun sale, but someone came to the ODT to steal the images and description.

I don't trust those other sites because you can't make the deals locally and I like to see what I'm buying for myself.
