Locking Blade? Under $50? Sheathed Blades? Two Questions.

Question #1. I have a Sheffield Locking blade, carried it forever. Nice 3" handle and 3" blade. I use for my business and just to carry for safety. Any good recommendations for something a bit nicer but under $50?

Question #2 -Also do some of you carry Sheathed knives for work/security that don't look like Rambo or menacing. All my clients or vendors see is maybe the clip. ( I have a CRKT neck knife but use that for hiking/Walking/Biking. )

I carry one I made IWB with either a soft loop or a metal clip that bolts on through the kydex eyelet. I attached a pic to give an idea of size but it's kept razor sharp and has also been handy when fishing or when out and about.

You can probably get a decent Benchmade or Spyderco used on Ebay within your budget. I've got an old Benchmade I carry most days and it gets used a lot and sometimes abused.
