Sounds like a private lake on what we called the Cypress Plantation just a little outside Perry? I think it's 125 acres with a big lodge on it.

Im not sure the mill pond hes referring to.
Im refering to just about any of those Se. mill ponds. Tannic blackwater. Privates always better, but there are public places. The world record was caught on an oxbow of the Ocmulgee river. I know of one cypress pond that id given a kidney to get in. Lol
A guy I worked for owned interest in the one we call cypress plantation. It has 12'+ gators and 13lb+ bass. It's also covered up in hogs.
