I am looking for a smaller (approx 100 - 200 acres) hunting lease west of Atlanta. Very responsible and safe hunter. Would like option to camp on property and if has small pond would be great! West Carroll Co club looking for a few quality members. This is a year round family-friendly club with deer, ducks, small game, and fishing opportunities.
Club consists of 575 acres with a 25 acre watershed lake, several small creeks, planted pines, hardwood bottoms/drains, club stands, and food plots. Approx. 1/2 of the property is clear cut.
$500 per year family membership.
