looking for inexpensive complete uppers with BCG. Lower parts kit's, etc. building out some DIY AR lowers. Not looking for $400 and $500 uppers. Looking for mid range used or new 14.5 - 16" or pistol uppers. I can buy PSA offers for $200 all day long I don't want to spend that much hence the reason for this ad! Lpk kits that u just have laying around. I'm cheap what cha got.....thanks

I'm pretty sure he means w/o bcg and charger. How ever you can not buy any lower for $200 out the door from psa. After shipping and tax, it's not even worth it.

PSA has a 16" upper minus BCG and CH for $200 with free shipping. $212 OTD and they have their complete classic lower for $169
