looking for local gunsmith to do work on my upper.

I need to go from handguards in the delta rings with a2 front sight block to free float.
I would normally do that myself BUT I want the barrel dimpled, and the gas block drilled and pinned after being correctly aligned. The jigs for all this cost more than paying a gunsmith, I think.

So who do you guys recommend? how much does this run? or should I just order a new stripped upper from SOLGW and keep this as a spare?
