Looking to rent a house room in Gainesville/Hall county area

Due to divorce I'm starting over at 61. If anyone has or knows of a house room to rent with a bathroom/kitchen/common area in the Gainesville/Hall County area, your help would be greatly appreciated. If anyone has had experience with this type of living arrangement, any advice would also be appreciated. Thanks.

I would look for your own place. Living in someone house and sharing the other parts of the house sucks. Had a room mate when I was single and it sucks
