Excellent lunch with outstanding people.
nobody took one, we are old and nobody remembered.
Can't blame 'em.... 
It was a good gathering. I ordered the soft shell crab plate, then asked the cashier how the etouffee was, she offered to send put a sample. As we ate all seated, the waitress brings out a bowl. My eyes lit up as I reached out for it. I sampled it right away then I hear remarks the the bowl of goodness looked more like gumbo. Gumbo etouffee, whatever, it was good and I was chowing down. Then the waitress brings out two little containers and asked who wanted the samples of etouffee? I knew right then, my "etouffee" was gumbo and belonged to the member sitting next to me! I quickly asked the waitress to bring another delicious gumbo for my friend here! (I immediately got up and told the cashier what I had done and needed to pay for a bowl of gumbo. She laughed so hard she gave me a senior discount!
