I just read where S&W is releasing a M&P 2.0 subcompact. The gun will have 12 round capacity. I am guessing will be between the 26 and 19 like the 1.0 compact was. Im interested.

Just saw that on Truth about Guns. I guess this is smiths version to go against the hellcat and p365 without designing a whole new gun
I think this is going to be bigger than both of those. I think its going to be the same size as the 1.0 with the 2.0 upgrades. I liked the size of the 1.0. I normally wait until the hoopla is over and pick one up here. This may have me purchasing a new gun.
I will look at one. I own the 2.0 3.6 compact and a p365. I use to own a shield, Lc9s and a Kahr pm9. I will probably look at the hellcat when they start shipping in a couple weeks

I'll be interested to see how it looks as well. Love the 2.0's since they have hit the market. I wish S&W would work on getting a new 10mm to market though. Not sure if they are even considering it. Anyone know or read anything about a possible 10mm release from them?
I like the 2.0's, they took a dying horse and made it young again
Assuming the compact 4" slide will fit the sub-compact frame, they'll have a winner. Kinda like the XDM compact taking the 4.5" and 5.25" slides. Way easier to shoot; just as easy to conceal. Take the remaining pieces and sell them as a "Smith and Wesson 19X" or something like that. People, strangely, will buy that. They must have very different needs than me.
