First, let me explain my level (our lack there of knives. To me, if it stays sharp and doesn't break its a good knife. I've been toting around the same Carson Crkt for about a decade, and there's a kbar buried in my truck somewhere. Other than those two all the knives in the house are in the kitchen.

To me this looks like a good little blade for $10 to throw in a bug out bag or glove compartment, but when I Google the company they have a let of negative chatter about them. What I don't know if if these are crappy knives or just not up to knife elitist standards. Anyone have any opinions that pertain to the needs of a guy that just wants to cut stuff?
