Ignoring the obvious CTD association, this just seems silly to me. It's going to be heavy as hell and take forever to load and be about as unwieldy as possible. Even at current pricing 3x30-round Pmags (or whatever you care to use) is still going to run less than 1/2 the cost.

That's actually a fairly decent price for one of those, given the climate.

Not that I have any interest in owning one, of course.

I certainly hope not! I wonder if that means we all need 50 double-barrel shotguns to achieve the same effect as our VP Uncle Joe suggests. Hmmmmm....The wheels are turning.

I have a beta mag and it isn't that heavy at all. Less protrusion beneath the firearm than a 30 round mag, and you can keep it loaded indefinitely. It was great out on prairie dog towns in Nebraska. The loader makes it a snap to load, just insert cartridges and press the plunger. Not a bad price for those crooks at CTD, about what I paid for mine in 2007.
