1 in 36 twist 24" barrel 12ga (Mossberg),...... I think calls for the lower velocity rounds. Kinda hard to find them in the good stuff. My question is

- how bad is it to over spin a sabot.
- is this even an issue on sabot
- powder burn and velocity is finished at 18"-20" so does the extra 4" of barrel friction help potential over spin.
