Lowered New York Cityâs âreportedâ crime by not reporting it. Officer Adrian Schoolcraft attempted to report underreporting of crime was handcuffed to a hospital bed for 6 days and had to pay for the stay. Bloomberg ignored Adrian's plight. The officers involved were "moved".
