Want to Buy Model 700 wood stock rifle

Looking for a good condition wood stock Remington 700 bolt action rifle. Prefer one without sights but it’s not a deal breaker. Don’t want a magnum caliber nor anything .243 or smaller.
Willing to pay a reasonable price or trade some unique firearms toward it. I have the following firearms I could include in a trade.

Savage 170 pump action rifle in 35 Remington with base and rings

Savage Striker bolt action handgun in .308 with a handgun scope

H&R Ultra Slug rifled shotgun in 20 ga. with a scope

Best to find one now as they will be scarce in the future. I have one like new in 06 but would have to have top dollar.
