Some fine citizens there. I'm curious. Why do so many rocket scientists in the black community drive around with no license or one that is suspended/revoked? They just don't seem to care to get their things in order before driving. You will see tons of them arrested for that same charge on any given day. Strange.

I look at the Gwinnett mugshots daily. It's such a common occurrence. Definitely not a coincidence.
