This has become a little hobbie for me. I really enjoy doing these things. This is my second pelican case I have done.

Good work! Looks great. Let's see, how many revolvers could I get in one of those? hmmmmmmmm.

I purchased a really cheap foam cutter from Hobbie Lobby. I am about to try and build a really nice one. I have a bunch of friends that want me to do their cases so it would be nice to have one that I dont have to change the wires on all the time. It works fine but would be better if the arm was longer for an easier cut in the middle.

These cases are 2 layers of each layer is prob 1.5" not really sure. With the rifle I only cut the first layer of foam. So the AR is still sitting on a lot of foam. Its very well protected. The clips I had to cut through 1 then make a small cut on the bottom layer for it to be flush. The ears I had to cut through both layers. Here are some pics of my first Pelican case and the cutter.

If anyone is interested in me doing this for them I would be glad to do it. We can barter something. Ammo, AR parts...whatever. Just let me know. It takes me a few days to do it since I am so particular about the layout and how it looks.
