Mystery fluid coming out of the ground.

I have had this problem after a good rain over the past year. I hope it isn’t septic from the neighbor at a higher elevation than me. I have also researched it could be the breaking down of flora material that could have been buried but I just don’t know.

I have looked at the qpublic tax assessors map to find neighbors septic map, it doesn’t exist there.

Have any of you seen this? How do I get it tested?

Maybe you have a sprinkler system head that is buried. I've been capping mine off as they start to leak.
