I just bought a Winchester Wildcat .22 with a bull barrel. I would like to get the barrel threaded and ready for a suppressor. Does any one have any idea if it is possible, and if so, a ball park cost on having it done. Thank you in advance.

Yes he can do bull barrels as I had my Savage 64 bull threaded. He is very reasonable if you tell him you are from the ODT family. Take extra money and order a can while you are there as he has GREAT prices on those also for 22lr. Might even get a quick demo if he is in the mood and not too busy.

Any idea on pricing? I would rather get an idea before I go headlong into it. If you are anything like me, once I make that phone call, I'm committed whether I have the money or not!! It can get dangerous quick fast and in a hurry.

Hey man, we can do this. We get $125 on MOST barrels in the action and $75 for threading butt naked barrels that you pull and replace.

Thanks guys.

Do you have thread protectors there? What's the turn around time on just bringing you the barrel? How's the dildo collection coming?

We make them, I hate to because they cost me more time than they are worth but I make them. A week, maybe. Just added two handcrafted stainless steel buttplugs to the fleet.

Have Bryan aka Dobbs thread your barrel and order protectors off ebay. Order extra ones because you will set them down somewhere and the missing sock genie will take them to keep the socks company. His work is VERY CLEAN and will make you wonder if one of the $15/hour fast food workers is threading the factory units. He has done several for me so far.

When having a barrel threaded, use a gunsmith who has done barrel threading for a while especially if you treasure your firearm, its expensive maybe, however its entirely different process than using a Rigid Pipe threader used on pipe, make sure they want you to take the bases, rings, and scope off before doing the threading of the barrel..

just a suggestion...

Just remember custom work is not cheap, it's like wanting a $ 29.99 laser eye job, you get what you pay for... Great price however you are stuck with the end result.
