I occasionally buy, sell, or trade pistols, rifles, and shotguns. At this time I’m seeking help with an early 1970’s Weatherby Premier 3x9x40 scope. My eyes have changed over the years and I can’t remember how to unlock the focus. I’ve tried searching the internet, but have not found any answers yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated !

In order to adjust focus on that particular scope you need to close your right eye, Raise your left hand, And stand on your right foot while doing the hokey pokey you turn yourself around and that's what it's all about.

But seriously that's a neat scope. Looks like you need to loosen the locking ring to adjust focus.
