No Forum Listing

I can no longer find the pull-down menu to look at all the forums by category--- the closest thing I see is the way to search the forums for the "newest post" but suppose I wanna look at a thread where I don't believe there has been any posting recently but I still want to look at it and I know what sub category it is in ??

Well, it's working now. Let me show you where the problem was, past tense.

Starting from this top part any page on any part of this website, I would go to this icon circled in red to access the forum list.

Then I'd get this short list of options:

Right now, clicking in that small white box next to the word "forums" pulls up a list of all the forums here at ODT.

But that was not happening for me last night or earlier this morning. Clicking there had no effect, no change at all.
