Not able to click the next page

It also says how many posts there are. Can you see all of the posts?
Each user can go to settings and configure the number of posts to show per page. When I go to that thread it shows that it has two pages because my settings allow for the maximum number of posts per page...YMMV.

There are 4 posts that were deleted by the poster. That is probably why it shows 74, yet you can only see 70.
