ODT Malware Warning

Does anyone know what this is about? I've never gotten this warning before and now I'm getting it through both my Google Chrome browser and Safari. From what I can tell it's being completely blocked with no way to bypass. Here's a screenshot, any of the admins know what going on with this?

With the new ATF program loads early this am several firearms related sites had problems. They try to do these types of loads in the wee hours to avoid problems but sometimes the programs take dumps which need to be repaired.
