Does anyone know of an on-site gunsmith in the Gwinnett County area? I have a 1911-style weapon that probably needs an extractor/tension adjustment. Seems relatively simple, but I can't find an on-site "walk-in" gunsmith to do it. I really don't want to have the weapon "sent-out". Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Reached out to David's Gun Room but was told that it would be a 4-5 week wait just for their gunsmith to take a look at the gun (in other words, walk-ins are discouraged). Kevin, the gunsmith at Deaton's Gun Shop in Loganville not only took a look at my weapon today, but field stripped it and diagnosed the problem (piece doesn't like cheap ammo or steel cases plus I was "choking" it). The piece fires flawlessly now. Deaton's website is as follows: http://www.deatonsgunshop.com/index-6.html
