I'm considering one of these to use on about 5 acres of hilly land, to be pulled behind either a four wheeler or a side by side. I know it won't provide a "finished" look, but I was wondering if any of y'all have experience with this type of equipment. Specifically, it's a tow-behind mower with its own engine. Let me know if you have any relevant experience or knowledge to share. Thanks!

I just turned on my iPad an read your questions

We have one and used a few different types for years because the wifey and her girlfriend aren’t hand-eye coordinated enough to drive one of my 2 Ferris zero turns

4 wheelers are not designed to move slow constant low RPM while dragging semi-heavy mower for any extended time.

Use your sided by side to pull, it’s designed-geared for slower and heavier loads

1st.. why not use a zero turn,, is your terrain just totally too rough for it?

2nd.. low cost tag-along mowers will probably be high maintenance and unable to handle grass-weeds taller than 12 inches,

3rd.. your tag-along needs 4 tires/wheels (do not get a 2 tire type)

I can continue if I hadn’t already run my fingers too much?
no, no, tell me more, this is good info
