wanted to try something new with the ghost peppers so I decided to make a peach ghost jam. Played around with a couple versions to get it dialed in. 6 peppers was pretty hot. Not sure how these guys online use 20-25 peppers in a batch. I found that 2 peppers with 3 peaches is the ticket. It’s warm, but not over powering.

3 peaches
2 ghost peppers
4 cups sugar
Juice from 1 lime
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
3oz liquid pectin + table spoon powdered

I think this would make a good rib glaze or sauce on sushi too.

Maaaaan! Thanks for the recipe.

Never made jam. What's the process to get the peppers and peaches into liquid form. Is it just pureed and strained?

I'd use this after my jalapeno poppers come out of the smoker. Brush this on and put it under the broiler for a few minutes.

I puréed but didn’t strain. Left it all in there.
