POLISHING Glock internals and Barrel

Does anybody have some videos or step-by-step instructions on polishing Glock internals?
I looked for some youtube videos but there is nothing detailed.

I would like to know what tools/gadgets are required and step-by-step instructions.

Im trying to polish the two pins and the slide release so not sure what to use. Some of the links are not working.
