Posting pics with an iPad... Not working

I've had it about a month and Im trying to pull pics from my iPad storage. Every button is grayed out and unaccessable. Pasting links aren't an issue though

This, download the free Photobucket app. You can then upload pics straight from your camera roll. Then copy the direct URL address into the tiny pic, and make sure the box beneath it it is NOT CHECKED. There you go.
