Any of you guys order from primary arms? I’ve ordered a few things and the order still shows pending fulfillment? They charged my card and then refunded the charge and I have no update? Very frustrating? No response from my emails so far?

Maybe a vendor issue and item not coming in as expected so they refunded you?

Used them many times. Never had a problem. Customer service has always been great if I needed it.
Sometimes a charge will show up initially on your card as a pre authorization to make sure the funds are available and then it will fall off, then actually charge you when the order ships. Primary arms is excellent, I’ve ordered many times with no issues. I think a lot of websites are backed up pretty bad on orders right now. An order I placed with palmetto state on June 2 took two weeks to ship out, I was frustrated with that too because I’m used to them shipping in a couple days, same goes for Primary arms so my assumption would be they have a lot of orders to fulfill.

PSA has a tendency to charge immediately and then let you sit for a week or three depending on the item ordered bwahahaha

They will sort you out. They are good to go. Probably just very busy right now they just had one of their 12% off sales
