How do I stop a copy of my pm's from going to my email account?

Look under your "settings". (Upper right corner next to "Log out")

The look along the left side of the screen for your settings.

Open "general Settings"

Look under "Private messeges". You'll see a setting for "e-mail updates"

Just select "Don't receive e-mail notifications"
