Made it to Redlands WMA for opening morning. Had my tree stand in an area near a creek where there was lots of fresh track, scat and signs of feeding. Zero movement all morning... on the way out jumped a small doe with a fawn already bedded down at 10am on the top of the ridge. Talked to two guys on the way out that were in the WMA in another area and they saw no movement. Anyone else hit Redlands have any luck?

Well he saw the bear and I heard it crash off.
Didn't see any deer but I flushed a few that were bedded down in some laurels on the way out.
It was a bright night so I figure they were out taking advantage of the cool weather.
