Replacing Lost Carry License

Hey Guys,
Feel free to flame me if the answer is here and I can't "search" it.
Due to a lost wallet, I need to replace my basic firearm license and all "Googly" searches have me going through COBB Co Probate Court but I reside and obtained my original in FULTON. Am I missing something?? (other than my wallet)

The county you live in. And that would be Fulton....

So the process is a pain .. you’ll need to have a printed copy of a police report from the county you reside in that issued your permits sheriffs department basically stating that on such and such date and time your current permit is ofically lost /stolen, schedule with the court to have the permit meeting full out a form hand in the police report and wait for them to mail you a new one
