What’s this Ruger worth? Does the aftermarket Boyd stock lower the value?
It’s 30-06
Also I haven’t heard of this brand of scope is it a good one?

I would change the stock, scope, and probably rings immediately. So I think it lowers the value. But that’s just me. The right buyer might love that setup.
