We should be in a position to provide you with more details as to the scope of the affected pistols in a few days. I contacted a friend that works for a major distributor based out of Atlanta, he's heard nothing of this. I doubt it's true.

Contact s&w website and got a reply about this also,but they wouldn't elaborate just says more to come.
