S&W Sigma .40 250

I got a sigma in good condition...comes with everything except original manual, 1 box of 155 gr JHP. unknown round count but I have put over 50 without a sindle problem and also comes with adapter for picatinny rail asking 250...I must be a dumbass...I put pics up before and now cant figure it out....I can send a pic to email
