Saiga 12 gauge and Sig 220 / Springfield XD .45 acp

I am interested in buying both a Saiga 12 gauge and a .45 acp Sig 220 or Springfield XD.
I am located in midtown Atlanta and would prefer to not have to drive too far.
Night sights would be great, extra mags and ammo would be nice.
