This X10. as long as you're not supplying weapons to people you know have criminal intent, you should be able to sell to any adult , any where.

It's more CYA than anything, personally I think it's BS I can't sell my personal property to whomever I please and the Feds can sell guns to Mexican cartel members and tell everyone we need more gun control legislation.
