Do you just not see the fields or are the fields not working for you? They seem to be back to normal for me.
This is a screenshot of what I see. Former search bar would let me put in a specific distance, such as 25 miles, and search point, such as 30076, and it would limit the search parameters to that radius from that zip code. Can not do that at this point.

You still can, it’s just that the text boxes are too small. We can fix that though.
