The new one has a button release. I've played with a bunch of pic rail folding stocks with different mechanisms. Sig has always been the best, now its even better for a strong lockup. ACE used to have a close second, but it took a hammer to disengage the lock when it was new. Just throwing that out there if anyone is looking for a folding stock/brace Hinge setup
