I have been very disappointed with what they have been doing with the James Bond movies for years. This has been especially true since Danial Craig took the roll. I have even complained on ODT about how they have emasculated 007 both figuratively and literally in the recent movies. Well, that has changed.
Skyfall is the best Bond movie since Connery left the franchise. Maybe even the best ever. Obviously, I am not the only person that has hated what they have been doing to Bond in recent movies and somebody was listening. They very definitely got their act together in this one and there were obvious signs they are getting back to the roots that made the early 007 movies so great.
If you liked the Connery type of Bond movie, go see Skyfall. You will not be disappointed.
