I came off Blood mtn the other morning and drove straight into low lying (on the ground) gray clouds going towards Blairsville. It was eerie weird. I kept waiting to get popped by lightning through my window. I sometimes work night shifts in Cleveland so I have to frequent that route. I turned on the elevation thing on my GPS. The Highway across Blood Mtn peaks out at 3126 feet.
