Striped AR15 lower

I'm looking for a lower to complete a build and don't want to pay an ffl charge. I don't mind driving to get one for around $35-$40. Used to spend a good deal at a local dealer but they want $65 and that's too much for it. Guess I need to find a new fair shop.

I have Anderson "Ghost" stripped Lowers at $44.95.
